Robert Lee is Head of the Real Estate Group at Davies Arnold Cooper. Robert has worked in the development sector for some 18 years and now specialises in the house building field. Robert has recently been involved in two of the largest NHS former hospital site acquisitions for mixed use redevelopment. He regularly advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of complex option agreements, conditional contracts, overage arrangements and consortium agreements.

Robert has written and lectured on aspects relating to land development and was formally involved in the lobby group for the reform of the law relating to privity of contract.
